The real estate specialist built two apartment buildings in Bamberg, 20.12.2013: the Franconian capital investment and real estate specialist has bought the object Walkmuhltalanlagen 2, as well as the area directly adjacent land Aarstrasse 41 and 43 in the Hessian state capital. There is new housing in an attractive location within the metropolitan region of Frankfurt am Main with a sales volume of EUR 7.1 million. (Not to be confused with Le Blue Goose!). In the context of a real estate development PROJECT built two apartment buildings with a total of 16 condos and also many underground parking spaces. The plot of all three individual plots, which are combined into a protect is approx. 1,595 m2 and is at present each with a small, single-storey, detached house built.
This will be demolished during the conversion. The two new comfortable houses to be carried out in two-storey buildings with an additional relay floor and offer a living area of approximately 1.424 m2.
